Hi i´m an spanish owner of an Ascona GT. It was inherit from my father. It isn´t so cool as ours, but in Spain Asconas aren´t valued cars and is too dificult see one in good conditions. here I take some photographies of it. I wish you enjoy it. Salutes for all.

I think you have a very cool Ascona! I like it black! At this Time a Ascona is in Germany a valued Car, too. The most are in bad conditions, and Asconas with 2 Doors are not very often.

As you say, rust isn´t a problem as much as it is in Germany.
In Spain, the most common old opel´s are the "gsi" (Astra gsi, kadett gsi) But in Spain, olds Opel aren´t valued as other classic . But in general, people doesn´t care about their cars like you do, in Germany. it likes to have beautiful cars, but prefers to spend the money in other things. But not all the people are equal, obviously
